Buying Policy:
• We accept items daily for all seasons.
• Items will be sorted within 24-48 hours of drop-off.
• After we call with a price proposal, you have 48 hours to pick-up your merchandise or cash payment.
• Items not picked up within 48 hours will be donated to charity.
Clothing:
• We accept sizes from newborn through children’s size 12 and Maternity Wear.
• Must be clean, freshly laundered or dry cleaned (unless they are brand new with tags still attached), wrinkle and pet hair free with no strong odors such as perfumes, food or cigarette smoke..
• Must be in excellent condition. Clothes with stains, rips, tears, wear at the knees, pilling, seams coming apart, shredding (i.e. bottom of pant legs), fading, stretching, missing buttons, snaps or zippers, missing or marked labels, etc. will not be accepted.
• Must be trendy (no more than five years old)
We do not accept under garments, Bathing suits or Diapers.
Toys:
• All toys must be clean.
• All toys must be in safe, working condition.
• All toys must be bagged and sorted into common sets, if applicable.
• All electronic toys must be in working order.
• All games and puzzles must have all pieces included.
• All books must be free of tears, marks and scribbles. Must have all pages.
• Due to health concerns, we do not accept stuffed animals or blow up toys.
Furniture:
All furniture and equipment must meet current safety standards. Please clean all items and make sure to include all parts, hardware and manuals (where possible).
• Must meet Canadian safety standards and free of recalls, which we must adhere to.
• Must be less than 5 years old.
• All equipment must be in working condition and include all parts and pieces.
• Include manufacturer’s instructions, if possible.
